Before installation, please verify the ordered items are correct and that all applicable parts and hardware are present.
If you are not happy with a product or have a problem with it, please contact us immediately. Refunds or exchanges are available, however we will not refund the shipping charges or reimburse you for shipping the product back to us or the original manufacturer, nor will those charges be applied towards an exchange.
On products that offer free shipping, the actual shipping charges (which we pay for) will be deducted from the refund/exchange price.
All products will also be subject to a restocking fee, generally ranging from 10-20%, depending on the original manufacturer or supplier. Non-warranty-claim returns must be in resalable condition and include all original packaging.
Products that have already been installed are considered “used” and are not returnable or exchangeable other than for warranty-related claims.
